Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to lead the management of our property portfolio from our office. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation, tenant satisfaction, and overall success of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Property Manager, you will oversee daily operations remotely, coordinate with on-site teams, manage leasing activities, and provide exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders while working in an office-based environment.

Duties

Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards through coordination with maintenance teams and contractors
Manage leasing activities, including handling lease applications, tenant screenings, lease executions, renewals, and expirations
Drive leasing and sales efforts by marketing available units, conducting virtual or coordinated property tours, negotiating lease terms, and achieving occupancy and retention goals
Supervise and coordinate with maintenance technicians, contractors, and on-site staff, providing leadership and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and service standards
Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and asset histories
Implement projects related to facility upgrades or repairs by managing timelines, budgets, and coordination with vendors
Conduct regular virtual or scheduled property reviews and inspections to identify issues and ensure high standards are maintained
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics for properties in collaboration with accounting teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships

Requirements

Proven management experience in property management or real estate with supervisory responsibilities
Strong knowledge of leasing processes, tenant relations, and property operations
Experience with property management software and CMMS systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Mandarin for clear reporting, tenant interactions, and team coordination
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team supervision, project management, and achieving leasing/sales targets
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced office environment

Software knowledge: should include, property management software, MS office suite, Quickbooks and project management software.
