Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Creator/Marketer to elevate our brand presence through compelling content and strategic marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft engaging stories, develop impactful campaigns, and optimize digital platforms to reach diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital storytelling, possess a keen eye for design, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a vital part of our marketing team, you will drive brand awareness, enhance user engagement, and contribute to the overall growth of our online presence.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
Create high-quality content across multiple formats including blog posts, social media updates, videos, white papers, and email campaigns.
Manage website content using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia assets utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and videography/editing software.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Analyze content performance metrics using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to optimize future campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including sales, design, and product development to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking engagement metrics.
Maintain brand consistency by editing and refining content for clarity, tone, and style while adhering to content strategy guidelines.
Support e-commerce initiatives by creating product descriptions, promotional banners, and email marketing campaigns that drive conversions.

Experience

Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and digital marketing within a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator), WordPress, HTML/CSS coding skills preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective content strategies that increase engagement and support business objectives.
Experience with web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to measure campaign success.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and content management systems (CMS).
Skilled in video editing, photography, graphic design, and videography to produce multimedia content that captivates audiences.
Familiarity with social media management tools and social media marketing strategies for B2B (business-to-business) audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Understanding of digital marketing trends including marketing automation, email marketing campaigns, and marketing analytics.
