Full Job Description

Come build something real at a fast-growing tech startup, where your work on day one actually moves the business. We're looking for someone who wants to run our entire partnership pipeline solo, from first contact to signed deal and beyond.

The Role

As our Account Executive, you'll own the full deal cycle: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and closing. Unlike a typical AE role, you'll also own onboarding and the ongoing relationship after the deal is signed. Most of your time is hands-on (prospecting and negotiating daily), but you'll also zoom out regularly to think about where the best partners are coming from and what's converting.

What you'll do:

Source and qualify partnership prospects
Own negotiations from first conversation through signed agreement
Lead onboarding, coordinating integration needs with our tech team
Build and refine sales collateral: templates, decks, proposals
Maintain and grow relationships with signed partners over time
Track pipeline metrics and adjust your approach based on what's converting

What you bring:

4+ years as an Account Executive, in sales, or in partnerships with full-cycle ownership
A track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals independently
Strong communication skills across email, phone, and in-person conversations
Comfort coordinating with technical teams on scope and integration
A self-directed, high-ownership mindset

Bonus: experience selling into or partnering with SaaS companies or marketplaces
