Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT dedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, facilities management, and customer relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Manage all aspects of property leasing, including tenant screening, lease agreements, and renewals.
Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their inquiries or concerns promptly.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services.
Utilize property management software such as Appfolio for data entry and record keeping.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including upselling available units.
Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations governing property management.
Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management is required, at least 2 years experience as a Property Manager.
Strong understanding of contract law as it pertains to leasing agreements.
Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
Proficient in data entry and office administration tasks.
Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices.
Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and service providers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Appfolio property management software is a plus.
