Siras Support Coordinator

Pay: $28.85–$38.47 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Classification: Non-Exempt
Work Arrangement: Hybrid to Remote, based on business needs

Position Summary

Key Staffing is recruiting for a Siras Support Coordinator to join a growing organization that provides technology and operational support to educational partners.

This position is ideal for someone with experience working within K–12 education, special education, IEP processes, and educational technology who also enjoys client support and technical troubleshooting.

The Siras Support Coordinator will provide responsive, knowledgeable support to educational partners utilizing the Siras platform. This individual will assist clients with platform troubleshooting, training, data integrity, IEP workflows, and compliance-related processes while developing strong subject matter expertise in Siras products and services.

The position will also collaborate with internal teams on training, documentation, software testing, implementation, and ongoing process improvements.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesClient & Platform Support

Provide timely and solutions-oriented support for Siras products and services.
Troubleshoot platform, user access, configuration, and data-related issues.
Monitor, prioritize, document, and manage client support requests.
Escalate complex technical or operational issues when appropriate.
Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the support process.
Coordinate and deliver platform demonstrations, onboarding, and user training.
Guide clients on Siras functionality, IEP workflows, data integrity, and compliance-related validations.
Review client data and identify potential data-quality concerns.
Maintain accurate client, support, and training documentation while protecting confidential information.

Training, Documentation & Process Improvement

Develop and maintain user guides, support documentation, training materials, knowledge resources, and standard operating procedures.
Provide training and resources to internal staff regarding Siras products and operational procedures.
Participate in software testing, configuration, implementation, and product enhancement initiatives.
Assist with integrations involving Siras and other technology platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve support processes, training resources, and the overall client experience.

Program & Compliance Knowledge

Maintain current knowledge of Siras products, IEP processes, and special education regulations.
Stay informed regarding applicable California Department of Education (CDE), Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), and other regulatory guidance.
Research and interpret regulatory guidance to assist clients and internal staff.
Maintain working knowledge of the LEA Billing Option Program and its relationship to IEP documentation and student data.
Communicate regulatory updates, product enhancements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience working with K–12 educational entities, including school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, or related organizations.
Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), special education processes, and applicable compliance requirements.
Strong customer service, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with technical systems while supporting non-technical users in a clear and patient manner.
Experience working with large data sets, data validation, and identifying or resolving data-quality issues.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to appropriately handle confidential student, client, and organizational information.
Ability to work a hybrid or remote schedule and travel occasionally for meetings, training, or conferences.
