One Team Restoration – Triangle Area, NC

We’re looking for a tech who knows the work.
If you’ve run water jobs, set equipment, done demo, pulled moisture readings, and know how to carry yourself professionally in customers’ homes we want to talk to you.

One Team Restoration is a locally owned restoration company serving Garner, Clayton, Raleigh, Fuquay Varina, and the surrounding Triangle area. Here, you’ll work directly with the owner, not layers of management. The owner has been in the trenches for over a decade and understands mitigation, mold, fire, and rebuild work and what it takes to do the job right.

We’re growing and looking for an experienced restoration technician who can hit the ground running and take pride in their work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Water mitigation from start to finish (extraction, equipment setup, monitoring, tear out)
Demolition of drywall, flooring, cabinets, insulation, and affected materials
Mold remediation
Fire and smoke remediation
Take daily moisture readings, job photos, and upload documentation into job software
Load/unload equipment and maintain clean, organized trucks and equipment
Work directly in customer's homes with professionalism and respect
Assist with light rebuild work when needed

What We Expect

Restoration experience required
Solid knowledge of air movers, dehumidifiers, containment, demo, and dry-outs
Reliable show up on time, work hard, and take pride in your work
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and tight spaces
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work long days when required
Respect for customers, their homes, and your teammates

Big Plus If You Have

IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT)
Experience with insurance jobs and documentation

Pay & Benefits

$20.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience
Overtime available
After hours pay
On call bonuses
Steady work not seasonal
Opportunity to move into lead tech or supervisor role
Training and certifications paid for the right person

Schedule

Full-time
On call rotation for after hours water losses required
