Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will utilize various project management tools and methodologies to drive project success and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

· Minimum of 5 years in PM role for execution of Modular building packages

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable but can be replaced with proven industry experience.

Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback.
Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management techniques to ensure alignment with goals.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Supervise team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage budgeting processes, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
Utilize Project Server and other systems for tracking project milestones and documentation.
Apply lean methodologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Model business processes to identify areas for improvement.

Skills

Proficient in project management software, including Project Server.
Strong meeting facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles for tracking project performance.
Experience in business process modeling to enhance operational efficiency.
Familiarity with lean practices aimed at reducing waste and improving workflow.
Excellent root cause analysis capabilities for troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Proven supervisory skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
Strong budgeting skills with an understanding of financial management principles.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear reporting and collaboration.
