Full job description

We’re seeking experienced B2B/E-commerce/Amazon Specialist to manage online platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our databases, ensuring that all information is transcribed correctly and efficiently. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability of maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Responsibilities & Duties included but not limited to:

Complete necessary data templates in CSV and Excel format accurately to import/ data map into various databases such as ERP and B2B platforms, ensuring all information is up-to-date and precise such as style numbers, colors, SKU, UPC for each brand.
Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats. Input all necessary information for online B2B offers including imaging and updating inventory
Data verification, checking and comparing source documentation to ensure Data accuracy.
Data organization, maintaining organized records and spreadsheets.
Cropping images with various apps such as Canva, Be Funky to import into ERP and B2B platform.
Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
Assist with administrative tasks as required, supporting other departments when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Perform daily site audits to ensure accuracy of site content, merchandising and user experience.
Manage, upload, edit, and maintain listings (including variation listings) to all Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all Amazon Seller Central accounts for policy violations or account health warnings.
Perform thorough keyword research and analysis, as well as Best Seller Rank research in order to maximize visibility within each marketplace.
Remain up to date with Amazon’s best practices, new trends, and platform update.
Manage and maintain the Amazon Vendor Central account listing including but not limited to, regular listing audtis, keyword research and optimization and listing enhancements.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

Must be punctual and reliable
Must be extremely detail oriented, meticulous, analytical and highly organized
Must do the task at hand accurately and efficiently
Must be computer savvy and be able to work with various data systems
Must have knowledge of excel and Microsoft office- Knowledge of ERP systems, Shopify and B2B systems a plus
Must be able to multi task and be able to work under pressure and accomplish the tasks at hand efficiently and accurately
Strong follow up skills
Follow instructions and procedures in detail and as required to achieve the tasks.
Must be able to go above and beyond the call of duty
Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
Familiarity with databases and data management systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Basic math skills for data-related tasks are essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are preferred.
3+ years of e-commerce experience managing site content, promotions, and/or merchandising
Experienced with Amazon, Shopify, and other E-commerce platforms.
