Full Job Description

Summary

Steve Hahn Auto Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Cashier to join our team. This position supports the daily financial operations of our dealership by processing payables and receivables, handling customer payments, balancing the cashier drawer and answering phones. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday and is non-negotiable. Interested candidates please submit resume. No Phone Calls.

Responsibilities

Cashier customers.
Daily Deposits
Daily credit card reconciling.
Accounts payable/receivable.
Scan documents.
License plate processing.
Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
Assisting other team members when needed.
Filing. Carfax jackets, key tagging
Back up answering multi-line phone system.
Tuesday - Saturday schedule, non-negotiable.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic math proficiency and cash handling ability
Familiarity of office procedures
