Full Job Description

AJT Bounce is looking for a driven, organized, and high-energy Event Planner / Manager to help deliver unforgettable party experiences. This role blends customer service, event coordination, and leadership, ensuring every rental—from bounce houses to foam parties—is executed at an elite level.

You will be a key player in daily operations, client experience, and team management, helping scale one of the fastest-growing party rental brands in New England.

Position Overview: The Event Planner / Manager at AJT Bounce plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, seamless event experiences while supporting daily business operations. This position combines customer service, event coordination, and team leadership, ensuring every booking—from first inquiry to final pickup—is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and energy.

You will act as a central point of communication between customers, drivers, and warehouse staff, helping to coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and maintain AJT Bounce’s high service standards. In addition, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, stepping into a leadership role to support team performance, problem-solving, and overall execution.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers while helping grow the AJT Bounce brand.

Event Planning: Assist in organizing and coordinating various company events, including meetings, product launches, and client gatherings.
Logistics Management: Help with venue selection, catering arrangements, and equipment setup.
Vendor Coordination: Support in liaising with vendors and service providers to ensure all event requirements are met.
Event Promotion: Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to drive attendance and engagement.
On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with event-related paperwork, scheduling, and other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
A passion for events and enthusiasm for engaging with people.
