Office Manager — Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager to support our daily operations and help keep our team running efficiently. In this key role, you will act as a central point of coordination between sales, accounting, and operations, helping ensure information flows smoothly and priorities stay organized.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems, improving processes, and keeping the office running smoothly. You will assist the sales team with administrative needs, support accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, coordinate office activities, and help create an organized and productive work environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys being involved in many areas of the business.

Duties

Support daily office operations and help ensure the business runs efficiently
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, customer information, follow-ups, and internal coordination
Serve as a bridge between the sales and accounting teams to improve communication and organization
Maintain accurate records, files, documents, and business information
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Help manage office workflows, schedules, and day-to-day priorities
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence
Keep digital and physical filing systems organized and easy to access
Assist with data entry and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business software
Help maintain office supplies, equipment, and general organization
Support customer service needs by responding professionally and providing timely assistance
Assist with improving office processes and creating more efficient systems
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in office administration, office management, operations, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Comfortable working with sales, accounting, and operations teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Strong communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette
Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to help wherever needed
