<Overview>
Join our dynamic organization as an Office Manager / Bookkeeper, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while managing essential financial and administrative tasks. We're a small business, 3 person company so teamwork and juggling skills are essential. This energetic position offers a fantastic opportunity to coordinate schedules, keep track of finances in and out, place part orders, oversee vendor relationships, and maintain accurate financial records. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help foster a productive workplace, supporting our team’s success every day.

<Responsibilities>

Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and front-line communication with visitors and staff
Oversee procurement to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services
Handle bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks Online including invoicing, expense tracking and accounts receivable.
Assist with budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and preparing financial reports to support strategic planning
Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure compliance with documentation standards

<Qualifications>

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
Proven Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a non negotiable; experience with payroll processing is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Strong schedule management capabilities to coordinate multiple priorities seamlessly
Must be a postive and upbeat person that brings joy to the office daily
Experience with 3 way matching accounts payable
