Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Office Assistant / Office Coordinator to help keep our property management corporate office organized and running smoothly.

This is an excellent position for someone who enjoys organization, filing, maintaining an orderly office, and handling the day-to-day details that help a busy team stay on track. The role is primarily focused on clerical work, file organization, office supplies, and general office upkeep rather than property management or leasing.

Please note: We are a dog-friendly office, and dogs may be present in the workplace during the day. Candidates should be comfortable working in an office environment with dogs.

Responsibilities

Maintain and organize property/home files and other office records
File paperwork accurately and ensure documents are easy to locate
Review files periodically to make sure they remain complete and organized
Answer phones and take clear, accurate messages
Assist with basic clerical and administrative tasks
Keep common office areas organized and presentable
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
Order or notify management when office supplies need to be replenished
Maintain kitchen inventory, including coffee, beverages, paper products, and other everyday items
Keep the kitchen and shared spaces neat and stocked
Perform light office cleaning and tidying as needed
Help maintain an organized filing and storage system
Assist management and office staff with miscellaneous administrative needs
Take ownership of the overall organization and day-to-day readiness of the office

The ideal candidate is someone who notices when something needs attention and takes care of it. You do not need extensive property management experience, but you should be comfortable working independently and maintaining an organized professional office.

Position Details

Job Type: Part-Time
Work Location: In person – Corporate Property Management Office
Office Environment: Dog-friendly workplace
Schedule: Part-time schedule to be discussed
Experience: Previous office, clerical, administrative, or property management office experience is helpful but not required.

About the Position

This is a hands-on support position for someone who takes pride in keeping an office organized. A successful person in this role will help ensure our files are in order, supplies are stocked, messages are handled properly, and the office remains clean, organized, and ready for the team each day.
