Job Overview
Bloomfield Open Hunt is seeking a reliable, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Fox Den Attendant / Server. This role plays a key part in the member experience at the pool, patio, and tennis areas. This role is perfect for those looking for a fun, fast-paced summer job with great teamwork and a beautiful outdoor environment.

Servers in this role take member orders tableside, relay them to the Fox Den window staff, or enter the order into the POS system, and deliver food and drinks once they’re prepared. Each server is assigned a section of the pool or patio to monitor throughout their shift to ensure members receive attentive and friendly service.

Duties

Greet members warmly and take food and beverage orders tableside or poolside.
Relay all orders clearly to the Fox Den window attendant. Or input the order directly into the POS if necessary.
Verify orders are correct and presentable before taking them to the member.
Deliver completed food and drink items promptly and accurately.
Maintain an assigned pool or patio section, checking in on members regularly.
Keep service areas clean, stocked, and organized.
Remove used service items and dispose of them as directed.
Assist with light side work such as restocking paper goods, drinks, and condiments.
Follow all club safety and sanitation procedures.
Represent Bloomfield Open Hunt with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.

Experience

High school or college students with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work outdoors in warm weather and stay on your feet.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds and carry trays of food/drinks (training provided).
Team-oriented mindset—this role works closely with both window staff and other servers.
Must be available on weekends.
Must be available for major summer holidays (Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend) and select club events.
