Collision Estimator / Parts CoordinatorAbout Us

We are a growing, high-quality collision repair facility committed to exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and efficient repair processes. We work with insurance companies, fleet accounts, and retail customers, and we're looking for a motivated team player who takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Collision Estimator who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for writing accurate repair estimates, communicating with insurance companies and customers, ordering and managing parts, ensuring all parts are correct upon arrival, assisting with collections, and supporting daily shop operations wherever needed.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and willing to jump in to help the team succeed.

Responsibilities

Write complete and accurate collision repair estimates.
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
Work directly with insurance adjusters and DRP partners.
Negotiate supplements and secure repair approvals.
Order OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts as needed.
Verify all parts upon delivery for accuracy, quality, and damage before repairs begin.
Coordinate returns, credits, and warranty claims when necessary.
Track repair progress and keep jobs moving efficiently.
Ensure repair files are complete and properly documented.
Collect customer payments and ensure all invoices are finalized before vehicle delivery.
Maintain organized repair files and production schedules.
Assist with customer service, shop operations, and other duties as needed.
Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Valid Damage Appraiser License (Required).
Previous experience as a Collision Estimator.
Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction.
Experience with estimating software such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex.
Understanding of insurance claims and supplement processes.
Knowledge of OEM repair procedures is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license.
