We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a positive attitude to create a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace and spreadsheets for easy retrieval
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, including Word processing and spreadsheets
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or medical/dental professionals as needed
Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
Assist with clerical duties including copying, faxing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies

Skills

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to support diverse client needs
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; experience with spreadsheets is preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling financial records
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required
Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills will enhance your effectiveness in this role
