Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and guest satisfaction.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide key information about the property and local attractions
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Maintain accurate records of reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing details using hotel management software
Assist with guest relations by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations
Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
Exceptional guest relations skills to foster positive experiences and resolve issues promptly
