Apostille Intertnationalis seeking a bilingual (SPANISH SPEAKING), assistant.

Must meet the following profile:
-Excellent customer service
-Initiative
-Independent
-Responsible
-Punctual
-Preferably with experience in Translations, Income Taxes and Immigration Services.
-Full Time or Part-Time

-Individual should be comfortable speaking with clients

-We process apostille on documents, individual will be required to process these documents through different agencies(we will provide training)

Responsible for greeting clients; receive and make calls to clients; conduct general intake information, mail; data entry; managing calendars and appointments; file management and general correspondence

Read, write, and translate in Spanish
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent administrative skills
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be comfortable working a fast-paced office environment
Must be willing to help staff with various tasks
Be proficient in Microsoft Word

*Notary Public preferred
*Income Tax Experience a plus
*Immigration Experience a plus
