Account Executive — Spanish-Speaking Restaurant Segment

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Executive at Catapult, you will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first conversation to closing and guiding restaurants through onboarding and launch. Your mission is to identify, pursue, and close independent restaurant owners and key decision-makers, helping them unlock new revenue through Catapult's portfolio of delivery-only brands.

This position focuses on independent restaurants owned or operated by Spanish-speaking decision-makers. Fluency in Spanish is required to conduct discovery calls, negotiations, and onboarding directly with owners in their preferred language.

This is a true sales role that requires confidence, charisma, and persistence, paired with the discipline to execute a proven, repeatable sales process. You'll actively prospect new leads, build trust with restaurant owners, run structured discovery conversations, and clearly articulate how Catapult drives incremental profit with minimal operational lift. Catapult has a tested approach to sourcing, pitching, and closing restaurant partners — and success in this role comes from mastering and consistently executing that playbook.

Once a deal is closed, you'll remain hands-on through onboarding, working closely with internal teams to ensure each restaurant successfully goes live and is positioned for long-term success.

You'll join a driven, high-energy team that values hustle, ownership, and results. Success in this role comes from strong sales instincts, relationship-building skills, and the ability to close, not just start conversations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through signed agreement and successful go-live
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and new partner quotas
Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, email outreach, referrals, field visits, and industry networking
Identify and engage independent restaurant owners and decision-makers with confidence and professionalism
Qualify inbound opportunities and move them efficiently through the sales process
Lead compelling discovery conversations and clearly articulate Catapult's value proposition
Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close agreements
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting within CRM
Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth launches
Continuously refine outreach strategies, messaging, and positioning to improve close rates

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Native or professional fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written
Cultural fluency and existing familiarity with the Latino restaurant community a plus
At least 2 years of sales experience
