Full Job Description

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Bartender / Pizza Cook to join our team in a hands-on, fast-paced role. This position combines beer and wine service with pizza cooking, and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and taking pride in good service.

The right person is comfortable working with guests, preparing food efficiently, and using a POS system. Prior experience in restaurants, bars, or event service is helpful but not required. This role is a great fit for someone who works well under pressure, stays organized, and values speed, cleanliness, and consistency.

Responsibilities

Serve beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using the POS system
Cook and assemble pizzas, as well as prepare select fried and frozen food items, following established procedures
Provide friendly, efficient customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and keeping guests moving through the line
Handle cash, payments, and tabs accurately, including giving correct change
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food prep, cooking, and service areas
Keep service organized and moving during busy shifts, adjusting priorities as needed
Perform light restocking and prep to support smooth service
Follow responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest behavior for safety

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurants, bars, or food service (bartending, serving, kitchen, or pizza experience all welcome)
Comfortable using POS systems (experience with Cake, Square, or similar systems is a plus)
Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
Basic understanding of food safety and proper food handling practices
Ability to manage time well and multitask during busy shifts
Basic math skills for handling cash, payments, and order totals
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently when needed
