Event Designer – Summit Party Rental (Utah)

At Summit Party Rental, our Event Designers don’t just take orders — they shape experiences. You’ll work directly with planners, venues, couples, corporate clients, and creative partners to translate big ideas into beautifully executed events. From first inquiry to final pull sheet, you’re the strategic partner guiding clients through selections, logistics, and inspired upgrades that elevate every detail.

We’re Summit Party Rental, part of the fastest-growing event rental company in the Rocky Mountain region. We help bring weddings, galas, festivals, corporate experiences, and social celebrations to life through exceptional product, thoughtful design support, and ridiculously responsive service.

Who You Are

You’re equal parts relationship-builder, problem-solver, and creative thinker. You love helping clients dream big — and then guiding them toward smart, polished, executable solutions.

You bring 2–4 years of inbound sales, account management, or hospitality experience.
You’re comfortable using POS software (any platform — we’ll train you on ours) and Microsoft Office 365.
You genuinely enjoy selling, consulting, upselling, and curating the best possible experience for each client.
You’re available full-time Monday–Friday with alternating Saturday showroom shifts.
You communicate clearly and confidently — especially when translating vision into actionable details for operations teams.
You’re collaborative, positive, and thrive in a team environment.
You move quickly, stay organized, and don’t get rattled by repeat workflows or high volume.
You notice the little things and proactively solve problems before they become issues.
You love learning — about product, logistics, design trends, and how to continuously sharpen your skills.

What We Offer

Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 DOE
Quarterly Commission and Bonus: Uncapped but averages 6k in year 1.
On-Target Earnings: $61,000–$77,000
Benefits:
3 weeks PTO after 90 days

Health insurance after 90 days (75% employer paid for employee, 25% for dependents)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
