Finance Manager (F&I)

Cardinal Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. If you're driven by results, excel at building customer relationships, and take pride in delivering a seamless buying experience, we'd love to meet you.

We're looking for an experienced automotive finance professional who understands compliance, values integrity, and knows how to maximize both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

Responsibilities

Present financing and protection products in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Secure competitive financing through lender relationships.
Ensure all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
Explain warranties, GAP, vehicle service contracts, and other protection products.
Partner with the sales team to provide a smooth and efficient purchase process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions.
Meet or exceed dealership performance goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Previous automotive F&I experience required.
Strong understanding of automotive finance, lender programs, and compliance.
Proven success in product presentations and finance performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
