Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

This role manages customer accounts, supervises Job Coordinators, and performs administrative tasks such as creating documents & managing files

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in the restoration industry or related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
MUST pass background check.
MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Engage with adjusters, third-party administrators, and restoration contractors via telephone to establish and nurture relationships, identify opportunities, and generate leads.
Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, offering tailored solutions and providing exceptional service.
Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track interactions, and monitor sales activities.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement and conversions.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to remain competitive in the marketplace.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

All Job Coordinators report to the Customer Care Supervisors
