Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and responsible licensed Insurance Producer to join our small office team for an in-office full time position in a friendly environment. Must be licensed in Property and casualty. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, sales and providing clients with tailored insurance solutions with utmost patients, care and attention to details.

The ideal candidate will possess insurance experience, have current Property & Casualty licensed, have strong communications and sales skills and understand the insurance market. Must be organized and be able to multi task in a fast paced environment. Must be self-motivated, have initiative, and have a positive, friendly, professional attitude, be polite, well spoken and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

Answering phone calls, returning emails, evaluating customer insurance needs, obtaining quotes and analyzing them to provide best option suited for customer. Closing sales. Generating more business by cross-selling and being active in sales.
Manage a portfolio of clients through effective account management, ensuring their insurance needs are met with appropriate coverage options.
Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, cross-sell to existing clients, clearly articulating product benefits and negotiating terms to close sales successfully.
Build strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support, answering inquiries timely, and offering upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal team on technical sales processes, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
