Full Job Description

Overview
As a an entry level accounting administrator, you will be responsible for processing accounts receivable invoicing and cash applications, accounts payable, credit card transactions, collections.

Responsibilities

Process customer invoices/credit cards/cash receipts
Upload customer invoices into external customer systems
Request tracking numbers as needed
Receive PO’s
Process vendor invoices
Post payments
Collections

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
Must possess strong analytical, written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills
Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple and changing responsibilities
Strong integrity and work ethic are critical; as is the ability to have fun and work in an engaging, highly collaborative team environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Must be available to work in person 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
