Full Job Description

Elite Residential Cleaning Subcontractor (1099) – Cole Clean’s | Denver Metro Area

Cole Clean’s is a locally owned and operated premium cleaning company serving the Denver Metro area, and we are seeking experienced, detail-driven cleaning subcontractors who take pride in delivering high-standard, concierge-level results.

This is a 1099 subcontractor role, not a W-2 position.
This is not a speed-clean or entry-level opportunity. We serve quality-focused residential clients and expect professional, white-glove attention to detail on every job.

Responsibilities

Perform professional-grade residential and/or commercial cleaning
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors with attention to edges, corners, and detail areas
Dust and wipe down surfaces including baseboards, door frames, and high-touch areas
Clean and sanitize kitchens and restrooms thoroughly
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces streak-free
Empty trash and replace liners properly
Follow Cole Clean’s checklists, procedures, and quality standards
Take before/after photos
Communicate clearly with the owner regarding job completion and any issues

Requirements

Previous professional cleaning experience required

(residential, commercial, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, or post-construction preferred)

Must currently live in the Denver Metro area
Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
Ability to work independently and follow structured checklists
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift supplies if needed
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Clear, professional communication
Comfortable working as a 1099 subcontractor
