Full Job Description

Bluebell ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Denver, CO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and providing high-quality behavioral analysis services. The responsibilities of this role include managing the creation and execution of personalized treatment plans for children with ASD, offering supervision and mentorship to fellow ABA clinicians, and fostering close collaboration with families to ensure the success of each child. This is a leadership position with a lot of room for growth, providing an opportunity for professional development and advancement within our organization.

Full job description

What You'll Do as our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children in a home and telehealth based setting
Remote supervision will be conducted through high-quality video platform
Provide supervision to BTs/RBTs
Conduct assessments and reassessments
Conduct treatment planning sessions
Coordinate care with primary care physicians & other professionals
Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey

What You Have as our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Current BCBA certification
2 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with ABA early intervention experience preferred
Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field

Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets
