Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 4-5 years of experience in tax accounting to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and advisory services for individuals and businesses. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, leadership, growing a business, and direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
Conduct tax planning and advisory for clients to optimize tax strategies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive tax solutions.
Collaborate with senior accountants and partners
Utilize tax software and accounting tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

CPA certification required.
4-5 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in a public accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, CCH).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and client management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
