Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/Processor for an immediate long-term contract opportunity in Costa Mesa, CA. This role supports a claims processing department within the legal services industry and is ideal for someone who enjoys accurate data entry, document handling, and working in a structured, production-focused environment.

The Data Entry/Processor will help convert physical documents into digital records by opening mail, scanning documents, and entering information into internal systems. This opportunity offers a Monday through Friday first-shift schedule, and the chance to be part of a supportive team where accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail are highly valued.

This is a great fit for candidates with strong computer skills, good typing ability, and a dependable work style who are looking to build experience in administrative support, claims processing, document processing, or data entry.

Key Responsibilities

Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail for processing.
Scan physical documents into internal software systems.
Accurately input data from paper documents into digital records.
Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Support daily production goals in a structured claims processing environment.
Maintain organized workflow while following department procedures and quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour.
Schedule: First shift, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Location: Costa Mesa, CA.
Long-term contract opportunity.
