Job Description

A local family office with multiple operations is need of a full-charge Controller. They are looking for someone who is service oriented, personable, entrepreneurial, and a self-motivated team player. Duties would include (but not be limited to) bi-weekly payroll processing, daily bank account monitoring, and financials statement preparation for multiple sets of books.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Preparation of financials statements.

· Experience in SAGE software would be beneficial.

· Knowledge and basic understanding of investment brokerage statements.

· Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.

· Strong communication and service skills to provide family members with superior service along with the ability to interact professionally with management and other staff.

· Ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner.

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.

· A CPA certification would be desirable.

· 5+ years accounting and/or bookkeeping experience is required.

· 3+ years of payroll processing experience is preferred.

· No travel required.

Additional Notes:

This is an in-office position and benefits are limited. PTO and work hours are flexible. Pay is well above industry average.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
