Requirements:

Job Overview

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking a friendly, dependable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team. This position combines clinical support, client interaction, and front-desk responsibilities in a relaxing, spa-like environment. Shifts will mainly be weekdays with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist infusion specialists with client care
Lab processing
Take and document vital signs
Welcome clients and provide an exceptional experience
Schedule and manage appointments
Check clients in and out
Answer incoming phone calls
Communicate with clients through our CRM
Support general front-desk and administrative tasks
Help maintain a clean and organized environment.

Requirements

Current Certified Medical Assistant credential
Experience and confidence with venipuncture
Professional, compassionate, and personable
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
Comfortable balancing clinical and administrative duties
Available to work weekdays and a minimum of 10 hours per week

Medical Experience required

Must provide certificate for LPN or CMA

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
