Position Overview
Are you a successful salesperson or customer-service professional ready to take the next step into leadership?
We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Treatment Coordinator. This is an entry-level management opportunity, and we are willing to train the right person. Previous healthcare or management experience is not required.
What matters most to us is finding someone with the right attitude, motivation, work ethic, and ability to connect with people. We welcome candidates from a variety of customer-facing and sales backgrounds, including luxury or high-end retail, commission-based sales, hospitality and hotel management, aesthetics, medical or dental offices, and other service-oriented industries.
This is a dual-role position combining patient treatment coordination and sales with the opportunity to learn and support the day-to-day management of a busy healthcare center. You will help patients understand their treatment options, discuss costs and financing, and guide them in making decisions about their care, while also working closely with management to support staff, operations, patient experience, and the center's overall goals.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to develop real leadership and management experience while building on the sales and people skills you already have.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with patients and create a welcoming, professional experience.
- Present recommended treatment plans in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner.
- Explain treatment costs, financing options, and payment arrangements.
- Help patients work through financial and other concerns when deciding whether to move forward with recommended care.
- Meet established sales, collection, and treatment acceptance goals.
- Consistently follow up with prospective and existing patients regarding pending treatment plans.
- Track sales results, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
- Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative needs.
- Help maintain productive schedules and efficient patient flow.
- Support staff accountability and adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Help monitor key performance indicators and contribute to the center's financial and operational goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members when needed.
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and overall center performance.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you learn the business and demonstrate your capabilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who We're Looking For

- Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow professionally.
- A natural communicator who can quickly build trust and rapport with people.
- Comfortable in a sales environment and motivated by achieving measurable goals.
- Confident discussing costs, financing, and significant purchasing decisions with customers or patients.
- Able to balance warmth and empathy with the ability to confidently ask for the sale.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
