BARTENDER | FULL-TIME & PART-TIME

Help Build High Point's Newest Hospitality Destination

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Bartender, you'll deliver exceptional beverage service while creating an engaging and welcoming experience for every guest. You'll prepare beverages with consistency and precision while working alongside an energetic team committed to outstanding hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control.
Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and answer menu questions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, mixers, syrups, glassware, and bar supplies.
Accurately process guest orders and payments using the POS system.
Follow all opening, closing, and side work procedures.
Work closely with servers, barbacks, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure exceptional service.
Support teammates during busy service periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bar area.

QUALIFICATIONS

Are dependable, coachable, and eager to grow.
Meet all legal requirements to serve alcohol in North Carolina (21+ where applicable).

Previous bartending experience is preferred, but attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are equally important.

RESPONSIBLE BEVERAGE SERVICE

Our bartenders are expected to:

Verify identification and comply with all North Carolina alcohol service laws.
Practice responsible alcohol service and recognize signs of intoxication.
Refuse service professionally when necessary.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
