Job Title:

Server

Purpose:

The Fox and Turtle is the flagship eatery within the Itasca Country Club, overlooking our private golf course. The restaurant provides an upscale dining experience in our tavern style restaurant for our 500 members and the surrounding community.

As a server, you will be an integral part of the team. Our servers create an epic Guest experience for our members, by providing hand crafted cocktails and dishes, designed by our chefs and mixologists. You will work under the direction of the Fox & Turtle Leadership Team, and play a key role in contributing to guest satisfaction and restaurant operations.

Accountability:

· Provide food and cocktails to our Guests, and uphold the standard and integrity of those items.

· Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks efficiently

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area

· Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines.

· Follow safety, cleanliness, and health regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and staff

· Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately

· Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties, including restocking and cleaning

Expectations:

· Work efficiently and communicate effectively with team members

· Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

· Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment

· Basic math skills for handling cash and making change

Qualifications and Requirements

· Previous serving experience preferred but not required

· Must be 18 years of age

· Strong knowledge of hospitality needed

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Ability to stand for long hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
