Marketing & Brand Outreach Coordinator

Full-time · On-site · The Center (CDA Virginia)

MEET THE CENTER

At The Center (CDA Virginia), we exist to do one thing: build trust in healthcare. Trust isn't a slogan here — it's renewed patient by patient, day by day, in how we treat people and how we treat each other.

We hold a high bar for both character and care. The proof:

Multi-specialty under one roof — Surgery, Prosthodontics, Family Dentistry, Research, Education, the Dental Lab, and an Art Gallery — coordinated end to end.
An in-house Dental Lab, so we control quality from impression to delivery.
A sister med-spa — Beyond Esthetics — and a national arm, Beyond Esthetics National.

THE ROLE

You are the marketing, branding, and outreach engine for The Center, the Dental Lab, and Beyond Esthetics — all three. You co-shoot the content, run the social calendar, coordinate the in-house designer and the video editor, build the brand, get Dr. A on the right podcasts and in the right press, and you show up — in person — at exhibits and in referring-doctor offices.

The Center has the substance. Your job is to tell that story consistently, honestly, and in front of the right people.

WHY IS IT OPEN?

We're expanding. The marketing function has been run reactively across multiple entities and we've outgrown that. We need one person who owns it — content production, social, brand, PR, print, and referring-doctor outreach — across the practice, the lab, and the med-spa.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Content production

Shoot short-form and long-form video for all three entities.
Schedule shoots with team members; no missed slots, no chaotic days.
Hand off long-form to the external video-editing team in Texas; splice short-form clips from finished long-form and post.

Social + editorial

Own social presence for all three entities on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Publish the editorial calendar a month in advance; hit the cadence every week.
Coordinate with doctors and ops managers to produce blog posts and articles.

Brand + print

Develop and maintain brand strategy across entities, in alignment with our existing brand system.
Work with the in-house graphic designer on ads, brochures, and educational materials.
Manage the print process and execute in-office distribution.

PR for Dr. A

Pitch Dr. A to podcasts, news outlets, and trade channels.
Coordinate articles and press coverage; manage outreach lists and follow-ups.

Exhibits + events

Personally represent the entity that is exhibiting at any local event.
Plan logistics; signage, collateral, set-up, and tear-down are yours.

Doctor outreach (referrals)

Visit referring doctors' offices locally on a regular cadence.
Deliver goodie bags; build and maintain the relationship in person.
Track every visit, every follow-up, and every outcome.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You're comfortable being the face of the brand — at events, in referring-doctor offices, and on camera.
You can write — and you can write the truth in a way that still pulls people in.
You'd rather be told a hard edit than a comfortable yes.
You take ownership of outcomes, not tasks.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

If you want to post on social from your laptop and be remote
If 'marketing' to you means upselling or persuasion-over-care, this is not the role — we build trust by educating, not by selling.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

We measure what matters: quality of work, accuracy, follow-through, and trust. We don't tie this role to patient-revenue quotas — building trust in healthcare and chasing a patient sales target are not compatible jobs. Success looks like:

Editorial calendar published a month in advance and adhered to across all three entities.
Posting cadence hit on every platform, every week.
Doctor-outreach calendar maintained — every visit logged, every follow-up closed .
Educational and brochure content reviewed by the relevant doctor before it goes out — zero overclaiming, zero misleading copy.
Every event the entity is registered for is fully staffed and on-brand, set up and torn down on time.
Dr. A placed on a target number of podcasts / press features per quarter.
All assets — videos, photos, graphics, blog drafts — turned around in a timely manner

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of marketing experience across content production, social, and print.
Portfolio required at application: short-form video reel, social handles you've run, and writing samples (blog posts, ad copy, or articles).
Comfort shooting on phone for short-form content; strong eye for composition and audio.
Comfortable on camera and on the phone — you'll be in front of doctors and at events.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva, plus a short-form splicing tool (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent).
Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn page admin, Google Workspace, basic analytics.
Excellent writing — clean grammar, on-brand tone.
Driver's license and reliable local transportation for doctor-outreach visits and exhibits.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Healthcare or dental marketing experience is a plus, not required.

WHAT IS THE PAY?

Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000, set at offer based on portfolio, experience, and demonstrated skills.
Company-wide revenue bonus — paid across the board when The Center hits its company revenue targets. You share in the upside of the entire enterprise, not in a quota tied to any individual patient.
Travel and Mileage reimbursed for local doctor-outreach travel and event coverage.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

Health insurance — Silver, Gold, and Platinum premium plans; The Center covers 85% of the Silver-tier premium (team member covers the difference for Gold/Platinum).

WHAT ARE THE LOGISTICS?

Location: On-site at The Center (CDA Virginia). Local travel required for referring-doctor visits and exhibits.
Schedule: Flexible — you set your own schedule around shoots, doctor visits, and events. You hit your deliverables.
Reports to: Operations Manager day-to-day; Dr. A on brand and PR strategy.
Employment: Full-time, salaried, W-2 employee of The Center.
