Tobacco Sales

Summary: To promote, market and sell the company's products and services through effective sales and marketing techniques by performing the following duties.

Job Description:

The Tobacco Sales Account Manager is responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling the company’s tobacco products and services through effective relationship‑building, territory management, and in‑person sales techniques. This role focuses on growing new business, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business through on‑site visits, prospecting, and suggestive selling techniques.
Respond to incoming sales inquiries and provide in‑person support to customers.
Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Submit new leads, sales documentation, and required paperwork accurately and on time.
Understand and follow all company sales policies, procedures, and pricing guidelines.
Enter and update customer information in the company CRM to provide current and accurate data.
Maintain organized and up‑to‑date customer files.
Travel throughout the assigned territory (NE, NW OR and additional regional states as needed); overnight travel required.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and security of the company vehicle; report any incidents or violations promptly.
Lift, move, and transport up to 20 lbs as needed for product handling and merchandising.
Install point‑of‑sale materials and coordinate promotional schedules with store management.
Work closely with Sales Management and fellow Account Managers to support territory/company goals.
Stay informed and compliant with all FDA regulations related to tobacco products.
Increase customer satisfaction by gathering feedback, resolving issues, and communicating needs to management.
Educate customers on new products, promotions, and services to drive sales growth.
Maintain a valid, clean driver’s license at all times.

Weekly salary + monthly commission on all products sold + annual bonus potential
