If you have new home sales experience or have worked for a homebuilder, and you’re passionate about helping buyers navigate the journey of building their dream home, we want to connect with you.

What You’ll Do

Sell New Construction Homes: Guide buyers through the full new home sales cycle—from initial interest to contract to closing.
Educate & Advise: Serve as the expert on our homes, floorplans, features, communities, and construction timelines.
Manage the Sales Process: Coordinate with internal teams including construction, design, and lending to ensure a seamless experience.
Drive Traffic & Conversion: Engage walk-ins, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into buyers.
Maintain Model Homes: Keep model homes and sales environments professional, welcoming, and sales-ready.
Stay Competitive: Monitor market trends, pricing, and competing builders to position Holmes Homes effectively.

What We’re Looking For

Required: Proven experience in new home sales OR prior experience working for a homebuilder
Active Utah real estate license
Strong understanding of the new construction process, contracts, and timelines
Ability to work independently in a model home setting
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Professional, driven, and results-oriented mindset
