DESCRIPTION, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Facilitate engaging therapeutic and psychoeducational groups within our Full Day and Half Day treatment programs.
Provide individual counseling based on client needs and treatment goals.
Maintain an assigned caseload, providing ongoing clinical support, case management, and coordination of care.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, reviews, and discharge documentation.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team through case staffing, clinical meetings, and ongoing evaluation of client progress.
Coordinate discharge and aftercare planning, including referrals to appropriate community providers and recovery supports.
Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and clinical support when necessary.
Maintain professional, ethical, confidentiality, and regulatory standards while contributing to a positive, recovery-focused treatment environment.
Perform other clinical and program-related duties as appropriate to the position.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements: Master’s degree, or higher in mental health, social work, or a related field. Eligible for, or in possession of a current MA professional license. Two years’ experience in substance use disorder field.
