Employment Type: Full-Time

About Our Company: Domex Superfresh Growers® is one of the largest growers, shippers, and marketers of apples, pears, and cherries in Washington State. We are a vertically integrated group of companies that grow, harvest, store, pack, ship and transport fresh fruits to retailers, wholesalers and food service customers all over the world. We are a leading grower and marketer of fresh apples, pears, cherries, blueberries, and apricots.

We have a company culture, which requires a sense of urgency, passion for what you do, and a desire to continually improve. We're looking for a Receptionist/File Clerk at our main office just west of Yakima Washington.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

Greet and direct incoming callers on a multi-line phone system
Welcomes visitors and announces them to appropriate personnel
Maintains security and issues visitor badges
Maintains safe and clean reception area
Heavy Filing Support for accounting team
Data entry
Occasional project work

Qualifications:

Punctual, responsible and trustworthy
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent communicator, with interpersonal skills
Good customer service principles and practices
Professional and friendly
Ability to speak Spanish (plus but not required)

Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm

Wage: $17.50-$19.00 This is the wage range. Wage offered to candidate will be reflective of candidate’s experience.
