Lahaina Petroleum LLC is a Family-owned company that owns and operates gasoline and convenience stores with multiple Aloha, 76 and Shell gas stations on three islands for over 20 years. Being a family business allows us to focus on our Ohana spirit every day with employees and customers alike.

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join our team at Lahaina Petroleum, LLC for our Rainbow Shell location.

Job Description

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the station/retail store
· Responsible for all personnel management including, but not limited to, selection, performance appraisals, professional development, payroll, meal break compliance, discipline, and termination

· Responsible for scheduling of personnel and making sure management is present or available by phone for all shifts

· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of invoices, check requests, weekly and monthly reports

· Maintain clean and safe work environment for employees and customers and immediately report any equipment issues to the District Manager
· Ensure that the store is properly stocked with products at all times and that there are adequate store supplies.
· Monitor gasoline inventories and properly report discrepancies
· Clear and frequent communication with employees and District manager, to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the station/store

Job Requirements

· Must have ability to work all days and all shifts
· Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work independently and with a team

· 1-2 Years of Management Experience Required
· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must have red card or be willing to take the exam.

· Professional, courteous contact with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

· Neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with company image standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
