Process Operator

Job Details:

We offer on-the-job training and an excellent benefits program including a full benefits package

Pay:$28-$38 an hour DOE, shift differentials available at $1 an hour extra for 2nd shift $2.50 an hour extra for working 3rd shift

Available Fixed Shifts:Consistent 8-hour shifts working Monday-Friday on one of the following shifts:

·1st shift – 5am-1:30pm

·2nd shift – 1pm-9:30pm

·3rd shift – 9pm-5:30am

We are searching for a hard-working and detail-orientated individual to join our team as a Process Operator. The Process Operator will undergo training in operating grain cleaning, milling, flaking and blending systems. Process Operator Accountabilities:

· Execute the daily production schedule safely, efficiently, and in accordance with standard operating procedures.

· Accurately monitor, document, and record all production data and activities daily.

· Ensure process equipment operates efficiently and reliably; make routine adjustments and promptly escalate issues when needed.

· Maintain clear and timely communication with shift personnel, Quality Control, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Management to ensure alignment and continuous production flow.

· Support adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards throughout all production processes.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
