Full Job Description

Vespa Group, LLC seeks Business Information Developer Consultant Sr.

Position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Hybrid position-some telecommuting flexibility, but a requirement to physically be in the Indianapolis, IN office/project site as needed.

This position is to collaborate with both business subject matter experts and Anthem/Elevance IT departments. Act as a bridge between them to ensure the requirements and mandates received from the State of Indiana for Indiana Medicaid project are being implemented with accuracy, in a timely fashion and as per Healthcare - FACETS standards.

This role is required to work with the healthcare domain, Facets Claim processing tool and Database languages in order to work across different departments to achieve the goal.

Job duties include:

1. Undertakes complex assignments requiring additional specialized technical knowledge;

2. Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team;

3. Establishes and maintains advanced knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues;

4. Serves as a subject matter expert;

5. Monitors project schedules and costs for own and other projects;

6. Develops and supports very complex Data Warehouse-related applications for business areas requiring design and implementation of database tables;

7. Conducts training on use of applications developed;

8. Will use Developer, PC, spreadsheet, and database skills;

9. Will use Business Information tools and programming/query languages.

Requires: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Analytics, or related and 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, or related occupation.
