About the Role
Integrated Turf Care is a commercial landscaping company serving property managers, HOAs, shopping centers, and industrial parks across Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, and Martin Counties. We don't do trial-and-error work — we hold our crews to a high standard, and the properties we maintain show it.
We're looking for a Crew Leader who takes pride in quality and knows how to lead people. This is not just a driving-and-mowing job. You run the crew, set the pace, own the quality of every property you touch, and bring your team home safe every day. What You'll Do
- Lead your crew. Direct a team of lawn technicians through the daily route — mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and cleanup — and keep the crew productive, organized, and on schedule.
- Own the quality. Walk each property before you leave it. Make sure the work meets ITC's standard, not just "good enough." Catch problems the crew misses and fix them before the customer does.
- Develop your people. Train newer technicians on equipment, technique, and safety. Coach in the field. Give the office honest feedback on who's ready to move up.
- Run the equipment right. Set up, operate, and inspect mowers, blowers, trimmers, edgers, and hand tools. Report damage or maintenance needs promptly.
- Drive safely. Transport the crew and equipment to job sites by truck and trailer, and load/secure equipment correctly every time.
- Keep it safe. Enforce OSHA and ITC safety standards on every site. Make sure PPE is worn and hazards are handled before anyone gets hurt.
- Communicate. Coordinate with the office and management on schedule changes, site issues, and anything the customer needs to know about.
What You Need (Required)
- 2+ years leading a lawn or landscape crew (or clear proof you're ready to lead one).
- Ability to safely operate — and train others on — stand-on/riding mowers, gas hedge trimmers, string trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
- Valid Florida driver's license and the ability to safely drive and back a truck with a loaded equipment trailer.
- Functional English — enough to read safety and chemical labels, take dispatch/route instructions, communicate on a job site, and interact professionally with property managers and customers.
- Willingness to work outdoors in Florida heat, year-round.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the judgment to make good calls when the office isn't standing next to you.
What Gives You an Edge (Preferred)
- CDL Class A — a strong plus.
- Haitian Creole and/or Spanish — a strong plus for leading a multilingual crew.
- Landscape installation experience.
- GI-BMP certification or pesticide/fertilizer application experience.
Physical Requirements
Able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation: lifting and carrying up to ~50 lbs, standing/walking/bending/kneeling throughout the shift, and working outdoors in heat, sun, and variable weather.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Overtime available; occasional weekends as needed

Buscamos un Líder de Cuadrilla que sienta orgullo por el trabajo de calidad y que sepa dirigir a su gente. Este no es solamente un trabajo de manejar y cortar césped. Usted dirige la cuadrilla, marca el ritmo, es responsable de la calidad de cada propiedad que toca, y lleva a su equipo a casa seguro todos los días. Lo Que Hará
- Dirigir su cuadrilla. Guiar a un equipo de técnicos de césped a lo largo de la ruta diaria — cortar, bordear, recortar, podar, deshierbar y limpiar — manteniendo a la cuadrilla productiva, organizada y a tiempo.
- Ser responsable de la calidad. Recorrer cada propiedad antes de retirarse. Asegurarse de que el trabajo cumpla con el estándar de ITC, no solo con lo "suficientemente bueno." Detectar los problemas que la cuadrilla pasa por alto y corregirlos antes de que el cliente los vea.
- Desarrollar a su gente. Capacitar a los técnicos nuevos en equipo, técnica y seguridad. Guiarlos en el campo. Dar a la oficina retroalimentación honesta sobre quién está listo para ascender.
- Manejar el equipo correctamente. Preparar, operar e inspeccionar cortadoras, sopladoras, recortadoras, bordeadoras y herramientas manuales. Reportar daños o necesidades de mantenimiento de inmediato.
- Conducir con seguridad. Transportar a la cuadrilla y el equipo a los sitios de trabajo en camión y remolque, cargando y asegurando el equipo correctamente cada vez.
- Mantener la seguridad. Hacer cumplir los estándares de OSHA e ITC en cada sitio. Asegurarse de que se use el equipo de protección (PPE) y de que los peligros se manejen antes de que alguien se lesione.
- Comunicarse. Coordinar con la oficina y la gerencia sobre cambios de horario, problemas en el sitio y cualquier cosa que el cliente necesite saber.

- Licencia de conducir de Florida vigente y la capacidad de conducir y dar reversa con seguridad a un camión que remolca un tráiler cargado con equipo.
- Inglés funcional — suficiente para leer etiquetas de seguridad y de productos químicos, recibir instrucciones de ruta/despacho, comunicarse en un sitio de trabajo e interactuar profesionalmente con administradores de propiedades y clientes.
- Disposición para trabajar al aire libre bajo el calor de Florida, durante todo el año.
- Sólida ética de trabajo, confiabilidad y el buen juicio para tomar buenas decisiones cuando la oficina no está a su lado.

Requisitos Físicos
Capaz de realizar las funciones esenciales del puesto, con o sin adaptaciones razonables: levantar y cargar hasta ~50 libras, permanecer de pie/caminar/agacharse/arrodillarse durante todo el turno, y trabajar al aire libre bajo el calor, el sol y condiciones climáticas variables.
