Full Job Description

Position Overview

UniLink and InStream are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support marketing initiatives, content creation, CRM management, website updates, and sales support activities.

This flexible part-time position is ideal for a college student seeking an internship or an individual looking for hands-on marketing experience in a growing B2B technology environment. The role will work directly with the Marketing Administrator to support ongoing projects for both companies while contributing new ideas and helping execute day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Marketing Support

Create and schedule LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and marketing content
Assist with tradeshow materials, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collateral
Support creation of videos and other digital marketing content

CRM & Sales Support

Build and maintain prospect lists using Apollo and other tools
Organize contact databases and assist with lead generation activities
Support email marketing campaigns and sales reporting

Website & Digital Marketing

Assist with website updates and content management
Support SEO initiatives, keyword research, and content optimization
Help develop blog topics and website content ideas

Research & Administrative Support

Research competitors, industry trends, and marketing opportunities
Assist with marketing projects, event preparation, and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Interest in marketing, communications, business, or related fields
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Experience with Canva, video editing, SEO, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or website management is a plus
Previous marketing, administrative, or business experience is helpful but not required

Position Details

Part-time position or internship (20–30 hours per week)
Flexible schedule
$24–$26 per hour, based on experience
Remote (Eastern and Central time zones preferred)/hybrid flexibility available

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
