Your Mission: The "Shift Owner"

In this role, you aren’t just sitting at a desk; you are the Director of Operations for your shift. You will:

Master the Close: Become an expert in our membership tiers. You won’t just provide information—you’ll use consultative sales to identify client goals and close the deal.
Own the Lobby & Facility: You take pride in a pristine, luxury-ready environment. You aren't just "working a shift"—you are maintaining a showroom.
