Job Description

We’re looking for a digital marketing expert, someone who can take their technical expertise in PPC and SEO and with our help, apply it to our luxury niche. Our marketing requires careful branding, design and positioning, with excellent communications – internally and externally. You will need to adopt and build upon our established brand’s visual language, communicate your ideas without preconceived notions of out of the box, one size fits all approaches. We have carefully constructed campaigns that we want to grow while preserving ROI; we want to expand product marketing; and we want to increase our knowledge center.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the digital marketing strategy for SEM and SEO with the goal of driving consideration and purchase intent for our core audiences
Maintain and enhance the PPC campaigns and extend to product marketing campaigns
Manage e-blasts to our database with a/b testing
Monitor and report on the primary marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of online campaigns
Develop features that enhance user experience — think critically on how SEO best practices fit into an established luxury brand. We don’t fill our site with buttons, forms and CTAs. Instead, we carefully consider how to develop a luxury experience that informs, guides, and persuades the potential customer (the ‘soft sell’). Our business was built on and remains inextricably linked with the one-on-one client relationship, our digital presence must reflect this concierge-level experience.
Concerned with getting projects done well, not just done. This means recruiting help from internal teams when you aren’t sure. We are looking for someone who knows where they excel and is ready to get help when you need it.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — your role will have you interpreting the knowledge and input of several teams

Requirements

Strong technical skills including in depth and current experience with the following: SEO, Google Adwords, email marketing; content marketing strategies; social media strategies; website and social integration best practices, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
Experience assisting in the design or directly designing web pages and sites for SEO
Project management, time management, and organizational skills to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent writing and proofing
Attention to detail
Keen eye for design
Ability to adopt and adapt a strong brand
Bachelor's Degree
Office 365

What Makes You Great for This Role

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant direct professional experience
Understanding of web design languages — HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Expert knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to user experience and web design
Experience in adaptive web design — considering how your design will work across different devices
