Full Job Description

<Overview>
Join our dynamic team as a HOA Specialist specializing in HUD Asset Management! HUD Asset Management HOA Coordinator (Full-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Asset Management team supporting a federal HUD contract. This position focuses on HOA coordination/ payments , financial tracking, and payment processing for government-managed residential assets.

The ideal candidate has a strong property management or HOA background and is comfortable working within compliance-driven environments requiring accuracy, organization, and proactive follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with HOAs companies to obtain ledgers, statements, and payoff balances
Review HOA documentation for accuracy and compliance
Submit invoices and payment requests through asset management systems in accordance with HUD guidelines
Track outstanding balances and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agents and HOAs regarding billing discrepancies
Maintain organized documentation and audit-ready files
Support reimbursement and financial reporting processes
Ensure adherence to government contract timelines and requirement
Property management or HOA experience (must)
Understanding of HOA ledgers, assessments, and billing structures
Experience with REO, asset management.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work in a compliance-driven environment
Proficiency in email communication and document management systems
Detail-oriented with strong accountability

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
