We are assisting one of our rapidly growing, dynamic, and innovative clients with their need for 2 - Remote HRIS Analysts - this specific role requires IT/Automation experience-Power BI, also extensive automation/RPA Experience with tools like MS Power Automate/UiPath, and ideally have IT background as well. UKG A+. Plus a minimum of 3 years of experience with creating dashboard, HRIS, data analytics.

REMOTE - Direct Hire: $80K DOE.

Position Overview: The HRIS Data Analysts will assist the Sr. HRIS Manager in developing, maintaining, and optimizing HR reports and dashboards using Power BI and other data analytics tools. This position will focus on supporting day-to-day reporting tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in the creation of actionable insights for various stakeholders across the company. HRIS Data Analyst will work with HRIS, HR and other business teams to support reporting needs, maintain data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Major Responsibilities:

Power BI Report Development:
Assist in the development and maintenance of HR reports and dashboards in Power BI using primarily data from ADP Workforce now and other HRIS platforms, UKG a+
Automation of reports, using scheduling, Power BI and power automation tools
Ensure reports are accurate and delivered to stakeholders in a timely manner

HR Data Analysis:

Assist in analyzing HR data to identify trends and provide insights on key metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and workforce demographics
Support the creation of Department Level KPI’s
Review reports daily for any data integrity Issues, and alert appropriate departments managers to input data.
Maintain and update the Audit Schedule, to make sure all data is being checked on an ongoing basis
Perform data validation and integrity checks to ensure accurate reporting

Data Governance and Quality:

Support the enforcement of data governance policies by conducting data audits and validation checks
Assist in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of HR data across various platforms

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with the HRIS Analytics Manager and other HR teams to gather reporting requirements
Provide ad-hoc reports and data as needed to support business initiatives, including frequent AD Hoc ADP custom Reports

Training and Support:

Provide basic support to HR and business users on how to access and interpret Power BI reports
Assist in the development of training materials to help users leverage HR data more effectively

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of HR reporting and data analysis
Stay updated on new Power BI features and best practices to improve reporting capabilities

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics preferred, OR equivalent experience
Four years of Power BI experience, including power query, and data visualization, automation
IT/Automation experience-RPA Experience with tools like MS Power Automate/UiPath
IT background needed
Minimum of 4 years of HRIS data experience in HR reporting
SharePoint site design experience needed and expert in Excel
Intermediate knowledge of ETL, DAX, and data validation techniques
Proven track record of building complex HR dashboards and reports that provide clear business insights
Strong understanding of HR metrics, processes, and data management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and present insights to senior management
Preferred experience in but not required: Halo PSA, Relias LMS or Palantir Dashboards
Experience pulling data from ADP Workforce Now, recruiting metrics, ticket, dashboards, LMS data, time and attendance data
Knowledge of HRIS systems, data privacy regulations, and business intelligence trends

Preferred not required:

Certification in Power BI or other analytics-related platforms
Project Management certification
