About the Role

Join our beautiful pediatric clinic in the rapidly growing community of Goodyear, Arizona, where you'll provide individualized occupational therapy to children with diverse developmental, learning, and social-emotional needs. What You'll Do

Create and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans aligned with children's IEPs or medical plans
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, ongoing assessments, and annual/triennial reviews
Maintain timely and compliant documentation of therapy sessions and client progress
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to set meaningful goals and accommodations
Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

Current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred:

Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings working with children facing developmental, learning, or social-emotional challenges
Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative, positive mindset and genuine passion for helping children succeed
