Position Summary

The service team plays a vital role in that success. We are a friendly small office environment at a growing wealth management and financial planning firm. This is a full time, in person position located in Mammoth Lakes, CA.

As a Client Service Associate, you will help deliver the company vision and build lifelong relationships capable of making a significant positive difference in our clients’ lives. You will provide assistance to the Managing Partner by providing a wide range of office management and support to the company. Join the team and play a vital role in living the firm's commitments to the highest ethical standards and maintaining the valued trust of our clients and community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide administrative support for our Financial Advisors
Monitor and manage Financial Advisor's calendar, organizing events
Assist with processing paperwork and with preparing reports and forms for client appointments
Perform office tasks such as email, taking messages, distributing & handling mail items, etc.
Assist with addressing client inquiries and problem solving
Establishes and maintains files to meet regulatory requirements
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion
Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Interact with custodian broker/dealer, outside money managers, mutual funds and insurance and annuity companies

Desired Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Efficient computer skills including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
2+ years administrative assistant experience preferred
Strong client service and phone skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Effective and very strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to create and maintain organizational systems
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced changing environment
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
